Une entité juridique commerciale (entreprise individuelle ou société) sera créée dès la première demande de support. Le SIRET, le numéro de TVA intracommunautaire et l'adresse professionnelle seront publiés ici à ce moment-là.

Toute reproduction, représentation, modification, publication ou adaptation totale ou partielle est interdite sans autorisation écrite préalable, conformément aux articles L. 122-4 et suivants du Code de la propriété intellectuelle.
5. Code source — Licence Elastic License v2
Le code source du logiciel ELY est disponible publiquement sur GitHub (github.com/franckolv-dev/ElyAgent) sous licence Elastic License v2 — voir LICENSE.
Cette licence autorise uniquement l'usage personnel, familial, éducatif et la recherche non commerciale. Tout déploiement commercial n'est pas autorisée sans accord séparé — voir pricing.html.
6. Marque
Les noms ELY, Éli, agent-ely.fr, l'avatar 3D et le logo éclair sont protégés indépendamment du code source. Les forks de la base de code sont autorisés dans la limite de la licence Elastic License v2, mais doivent impérativement adopter un nom de produit et un logo distincts.
7. Données personnelles
Les modalités de traitement des données personnelles sont décrites dans notre politique de confidentialité.
8. Limitation de responsabilité
Le logiciel ELY est fourni « en l'état », sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Franck OLLIVIER ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages directs ou indirects résultant de l'utilisation du logiciel ou des informations présentes sur ce site. L'utilisateur reste seul responsable de la sécurité de son déploiement, de la conformité de ses traitements de données et du respect des conditions de licence des modèles de langage tiers qu'il choisit d'utiliser.
9. Droit applicable
Le présent site et toute relation contractuelle qui en découle sont régis par le droit français. Tout litige relatif à l'interprétation ou à l'exécution des présentes mentions relève de la compétence des tribunaux français.

4. Intellectual property
All content on the agent-ely.fr website (text, images, screenshots, logo, graphics, structure) is the exclusive property of Franck OLLIVIER, unless otherwise stated. Any total or partial reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation is prohibited without prior written authorisation, under articles L. 122-4 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Source code — Elastic License v2 licence
The ELY source code is publicly available on GitHub (github.com/franckolv-dev/ElyAgent) under the Elastic License v2 licence — see LICENSE.
This licence permits only personal, family, educational and non-commercial research use. Any commercial deployment requires a commercial licence — see pricing.html.
6. Trademark
The names ELY, Éli, agent-ely.fr, the 3D avatar and the lightning logo are protected independently of the source code. Forks of the codebase are allowed within the limits of the Elastic License v2 licence, but must adopt a distinct product name and logo.

8. Limitation of liability
The ELY software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Franck OLLIVIER shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software or the information on this website. Users remain solely responsible for the security of their deployment, the compliance of their data processing, and adherence to the licence conditions of the third-party language models they choose to use.
9. Applicable law
This website and any contractual relationship arising from it are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
